Kilkenny Hug is contemporary stone sculpture of two figures embracing, individually hand-carved in Kilkenny Limestone, traditionally known as Kilkenny Marble, by Herefordshire sculptor Jan Bruce.

"A timeless and heartfelt embrace, conveying love, comfort and human connection."

The flowing, simplified forms capture the closeness and tenderness of an embrace, while the natural character of this distinctive Irish stone gives this version its own distinct appearance.

Each sculpture is individually hand-carved, so every piece is unique, with subtle variations in the form and natural character of the stone.

At approximately 15 inches tall, the Kilkenny Hug has a strong presence well suited to a home interior or outdoor setting.
