Returns Policy
Jan Bruce Sculpture accepts returns within 14 days of delivery if artworks are retained in original saleable condition. This applies only to artworks purchased through our website shop, and excludes art works sold via galleries or art fairs. No products may be returned to Jan Bruce Sculpture without the prior written consent of Jan Bruce Sculpture. Products need to be returned in original packaging and at the expense of the customer.

Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your artwork then please return the work within 14 days of receiving it.
1. The cost of returning the item will be the responsibility of the buyer. When returning the item, you must ensure that it is not lost or damaged in transit. Therefore, we advise you to opt for a signed for delivery service. It can take up to 7 days for the item to reach its destination.
2. We will not accept returns for items that have been damaged post delivery. If this is the case, the item will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
3. You must return the goods within 14 days of your receipt of the artwork with both artwork and all packaging in their original condition, securely wrapped, including our delivery slip and at your risk and cost.
4. After we have received and inspected the artwork, we will credit your credit or debit card with the full purchase price of the goods returned. Please see our returns policy.
Returns Process
Please email us at jan@janbruce.co.uk and we will send you a returns form containing and a return address. Please print this email and include it with the artwork when returning the work. We advise you to opt for a signed for delivery, as we are not able to accept responsibility for items that fail to reach us.
We will refund your purchase when we have received and checked the item. Please see returns policy.
How Can I Cancel My Order
If you would like to cancel your order, please email us at jan@janbruce.co.uk as soon as possible to notify us that you wish to cancel. If the order has already been processed, you will have to follow the standard return process described above.
