Cotswold Sculptors Association

I'm delighted to have been accepted as a member of the @cotswold_sculptors_association , despite my slightly outlying position in West Herefordshire!

I had my first chance yesterday to meet many of them in February at an annual gathering in #malmesburytownhall .

I also had the opportunity of giving my first ever presentation 😬, showing a potted history of my sculpture journey over the years. Huge thanks to all the members for being so welcoming and putting me at ease 🙏. It was so fascinating to see the other artists' presentations too. It feels like I'm back in the fold of the art world after decades away!. Special thanks to @shirleysharpclash for nudging me to expand my comfort zone! 🙏🙏

It was also lovely to finally meet @royevansmetalikart who it turns out is also a member of @cotswold_sculptors_association, also gave a presentation, and was on the previous series of @make_it_at_market

I've a feeling it's going to be a busy year ahead, and I look forward to many chances to get involved with @cotswold_sculptors_association events and activities in years to come. 😊
